The Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies Villupuram Zone, Villupuram District Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records which culminated in passing of the order in Na.Ka.No.7805/2013/Podhuvithi.1 dated 02.03.2016 on the file of the respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to give effect to the order of appointment dated 16.06.2011 appointing the petitioner as Sales Woman by issuing an order of posting to the petitioner in any one of the available vacancy within Villupuram district so as to enable the petitioner to join duty as sales woman within a time limit to be prescribed by this Court.
