2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider her representation dated 05.10.2018, wherein and whereby, she sought for extension of lease period from 21.08.2018 to 20.08.2019 for rendering cable services to the members of Nochikuppam and Nochinagar, Mylapore, Chennai.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation is still pending and not disposed of, so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 05.10.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.
