ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from any manner interferring with the peaceful functioning of Masjid and Madrasa Mahmoodiya at S.N.260/1,3,4,5 in Sathyavanimuthu Nagar 5th Street, Kathivakkam village, Ennore, Chennai - 57.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that now there is no interference with regard to the running of the Mosque and the Madrasa at S.N.260/1,3,4,5 in Sathyavanimuthu Nagar 5th Street, Kathivakkam village, Ennore, Chennai - 57.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
