ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue - R.Sureka, aged 17 years, before this Court and set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue.

2.The detenue has been secured and produced before this Court.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue is a major and she is married.
