This petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to substitute the petitioners herein as legal heirs of the deceased Writ Petitioner Maharajan in W.P. No.763/2021.

2. Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.J.Hudson Samuvel for M/s. Paul and Paul, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the present petition is allowed.
