[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying to substitute the petitioners herein as legal heirs of the deceased petitioner in W.P.No.21879 of 2021 as the contesting petitioner 2 to 6 in W.P.No.21879 of 2021.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
