appeal.

2. Mr.Ma.P.Thangavel, learned counsel accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. Considering the period of pendency of the above appeal, the same is taken up disposal based on the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that this Court vide order dated 27.07.2017 has already dismissed the above appeal and posted the matter under the caption for "reporting compliance". Though, the matter has been listed on several occasions, however, today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the appellant submits that it has been settled before the Lok Adalat for a sum of Rs.13,50,000/- in full quit in E.P.No.367 of 2022 in M.C.O.P.No.832 of 2014 on 08.12.2018 on the file of learned Additional District Judge, Tiruppur. A copy of the same has been submitted before this Court and the same has been recorded. Hence, no further orders is necessary in the above appeal.
