CMP.No.4683 of 2023 in S.A.No.467 of 2009 P.B.BALAJI,J.

This application has been filed to implead 6th and 7th appellants herein, namely Mrs.Jeeva and Mr.Karthikeyan proposed 6th and 7th appellants, residing at Door No.11, Vishamangalam Village, Tirupattur Taluk, Tirupattur as legal representatives of the 4th appellant and rank them as 6th and 7th appellants in the above Second Appeal.

2.Having perused the affidavit and finding that the proposed LR's are required to be impleaded in the Second Appeal to prosecute the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The proposed LR's are impleaded as appellants 6 and 7. In fact, the proposed respondents are sought to be impleaded as LR's of the 5th appellant as well.

3.Post the Second Appeal after three weeks.

24.09.2024 (1/2) ata Note: Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the above Second Appeal reflecting that the appellants 6 and 7 are LR's of the both the appellants 4 and 5.
