ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the third respondent to consider the name of the petitioner and sponsor his name to the post of Conductor.

2. Heard Mr.L.S.M. Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.M.Ashwin, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent. There is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is inclined to pass orders on merits in this writ petition.

3. Even at the time of filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was aged about 39 years and now he crossed the age stipulated to the post 2/4

of Conductor. Therefore, the writ petition lacks of merits and it is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
