ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed as against the Fair and Decreetal order dated 23.03.2015 passed in I.A.No.1494 of 2014 in O.S.No.365 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvotriyur, thereby allowing the petition to re-open and to receive the additional documents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be given an opportunity to object the documents which were subjected to receive before the trial Court.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is permitted to object while marking the documents before the trial Court. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands dismissed with above direction. No costs.
