[Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] We have carefully considered the evidence of PW1, the brother of the deceased and an injured witness. Further, we have examined the testimony of PW10, the Doctor, who conducted post-mortem and he has described the injuries inflicted on the body of the deceased. Ex.P13 is the accident report of PW1 also carefully perused by us.

2. Since the petitioner has not established any prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence, we are not inclined to consider the present petition.
