This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for having committed wilful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.6926 of 2015 on 12.3.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
