ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused Nos.1 and 2 to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri to dispose of the case in C.C.No.81 of 2014 at early.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners are facing trial for the alleged offences under sections 420, 409 and 379 of IPC (NP). He further submitted that on the side of the prosecution, 14 witnesses were examined as P.Ws.1 to 14 and after questioning under section 313 of Crpc, the accused persons have made an endorsement as defence side evidence closed and also filed written arguments on 25.07.2019 itself and thereafter the learned Judicial Magistrate has adjourned the matter for arguments and therefore he prayed to direct the trial court to dispose of the aforesaid case at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already both sides arguments heard and now the case has been posted to 10.03.2020 for judgment.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the trial court is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.81 of 2014 as early as possible without giving unnecessary adjournments.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
