The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to declare the result of the petitioner for the Special Competitive Examination held on 11.10.2009 by the 2nd respondent for the post of Typist/Steno typist and appoint the petitioner in the regular post of Steno Typist with all attendant benefits of seniority and back wages with effect from the date of appointment of other candidates selected through the same Special Competitive Examination and pass such further orders.
