3. In light of there being no serious objection to the condonation of delay and also for the reasons set out therein, the delay of 19 days in preferring the Original Side Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Original Side Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
