ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 11(1), 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 and Section 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.332 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had given love torture to the victim girl, who is aged about 14 years and harassed her. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any such offence and that the victim girl and the petitioner had love affair and because of that the de facto complainant had given a false complaint against the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner gave love torture to the victim girl and hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. On perusal of the records, it is seen that earlier, the petitioner's anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court on 21.01.2019 on merits and considering the fact that there is no change of circumstances. passed by this Court and taking into account the antecedents of the petitioner herein, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
