O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the respondent/tenant in H.R.C.O.P.No.36 of 2012 as against the order passed by the Rent Controller I at Puducherry in I.A.No.372 of 2012, dated 13.03.2015.

2.I.A.No.372 of 2012 was filed by the respondent/tenant in H.R.C.O.P.No.36 of 2012 for depositing the rent before the trial Court and the same was rejected by the trial Court, as against which, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the HRCOP proceedings itself was closed as early as on 01.02.2018. She produced the e-Court proceedings of the trial Court in this regard. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. No costs.
