Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Show Cause Notice in Na.Ka.No.589/2021/B2 dated 4.2.2021 served on the petitioner on 16.2.2021 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that a show cause notice has been issued by the first respondent without enclosing the documents referred in their proceedings and hence the writ petition is filed.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.S.Sivashanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that all the documents which have bee referred to in the show cause notice have already been furnished to the petitioner and the same has been admitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. By recording the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the admission thereof made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to provide 15 days time to the petitioner from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for giving reply based on the documents referred to in the show cause notice. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
