O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed directing the respondents to include the period of extended parole from 29.03.2020 to 08.07.2020 i.e. 100 days as the petitioner (Rajan @ Soundarajan, Son of Arumainayagam, (Male/50 years), Convict prisoner No.5201, Central Prison, Puzhal) undergo the sentence imposed in S.C.No.78 of 2012 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam dated 31.07.2013 and confirmed the Judgment by this Court in order dated 26.09.2016 in Crl.A.No.709 of 2013 based on the representation made by the petitioner dated 08.09.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above said writ petition with liberty to make a fresh representation.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to make a fresh representation. No Costs.
