..Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the second respondent vide Na.Ka.No.25690/2014/A4 dated 26.9.19 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to revoke the order of suspension dated 26.9.14 and reinstate the petitioner in service with all attendant benefits. ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General has submitted before this Court that the 2nd respondent has passed final orders imposing punishment of dismissal from service, therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. The learned Additional Advocate General has also produced a copy of proceedings in Ref.No. 25690/2014/A4, dated 23.03.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent to that effect.
