This petition has been filed to extent the time for depositing the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-(Three Lakh only) to the credit in Crime No.215/2021 as per order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21428 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended till 19.03.2024. No further time will be granted.
