PRAYER in C.M.P.No.3647 of 2025 :- Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, pleased to dispense with the production of certified copies of the plaint in OS No.76 of 2022 along with Adjudications on the file of Sub Ordinate Court, Rasipuram and there by render justice.

PRAYER in C.R.P.SR.No.7622 of 2025 :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to direct the learned Sub Judge, Rasipuram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.76 of 2022 on the file of Subordinate Court, Rasipuram within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for dispensing with the production of the certified copies of the plaint in O.S.No.76 of 2022 along with adjudications. The unnumbered Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking speedy disposal of O.S.No.76 of 2022 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Rasipuram.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the dispense with petition, the petitioners had stated that they had applied for a copy of the plaint along with adjudication. There is no reason given in the affidavit as to why the revision petitioners cannot wait for the certified copies of the same being issued to him. Therefore, the dispense with petition is dismissed. 3.It is needless to state that as and when the certified copy of the plaint in O.S.No.76 of 2022 on the file of Subordinate Court, Rasipuram, is filed, the Civil Revision Petition shall be numbered. 4.Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 2/4
