J U D G M E N TR.S Learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties out of Court and the parties have entered into a compromise on August 14, 2024.

2.A Memo dated August 14, 2024 signed by the parties and their respective counsels has been placed before this Court. The Memo filed by the parties is recorded. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs.

3.In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS REP. BY ITS REGISTRAR GENERAL VS. M.C.SUBRAMANIAM AND OTHERS [2021 (3) SCC 560] Registry is directed to refund the Court fee paid in this Second Appeal to the appellant.
