This petition has been filed to restore the Writ Petition which was dismissed for default.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as his counsel could not reach the Court in time, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the Writ Petition has been dismissed for default and no representation for the petitioner is neither wilful nor wanton.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed along with the petition and in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner to prosecute the case, this application Ordered.
