This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 22.12.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.19231 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.28457 of 2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a period of two weeks from the date on which, the petitioner is released for complying the conditions.
