This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 21.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 12872 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16488 of 2021 to report before the respondent police twice in a month on every 1st Saturday of every month until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. This Petition stands allowed.
