ORDER

2. This Court, by order dated 30.06.2025, had allowed the writ petition in W.P.No.5700 of 2023, directing the Labour Court, Salem to dispose of the I.D.No.21 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem has addressed a letter dated 27.01.2026, to the Registry seeking three months extension of time for

disposal of the said case.

4. This Court perused the letter dated 27.01.2026 sent by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem.

5. Considering the letter addressed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem dated 27.01.2026, the time fixed for disposal of the Industrial Dispute in I.D.No. 21 of 2019 has been extended for another three month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
