The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/tenant submitted that the building itself has been raised and on the ground which the revision petition has been filed has become infructuous.

2. In view of the submission made by the petitioner's counsel, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication and therefore, the same is dismissed as "infructuous" by this Court. No costs.
