This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed in CMA.No.3 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sub-Judge, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District, dated 12.03.2015. 1/4

2. The said CMA has been filed against the order passed in I.A.No.2039 of 2014 in O.S.No.676 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif, Chengalpattu. The said I.A.No.2039 of 2014 was filed by the petitioners herein seeking interim injunction.

3. Today both side counsel appeared through Video Conferencing.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that during pendency of this CRP, the trial court has disposed of the suit itself on 01.10.2020 and hence, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition, he also undertakes to send an e-mail to that effect.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
