ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to sanction pension and terminal benefits ignoring the letter of Local Fund Audit dated 27.09.2021 in Mu.Mu.No.8696/Na.O.Sa.(2)(e/xr/(2)/2021 along with interest.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has worked as a sanitary worker in the third respondent Municipality on 06.09.2001 and he had attained the age of superannuation on 31.07.2020, however, the terminal benefits have not been paid.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that a clarification was sought from the third respondent and the clarification is also received. Now, the orders will be passed.

4. Such view of the matter, this Court directs the third respondent to release the terminal benefits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
