This petition has been filed seeking to amend the prayer in the above Crl.O.P.No.610 of 2026 as "call for the entire records concerned in charge sheet in C.C.No.4 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Court, Ariyalur and quash the same, and consequently for a direction to issue an amended copy of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.326 of 2026 in Crl.OP.No.610 of 2026 dated 19.01.2026", instead of "call for the entire records concerned in charge sheet in C.C.No.4 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Senthurai, Ariyalur District and quash the same".

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
