This application has been filed to order substituted service for defendants 13, 20, 23, 24 & 33 by paper publication in any daily newspaper.

2. Mr.L.Damodharan, learned counsel for the defendants, 1 to 10, 32 to 35 would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard both sides.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the defendants 13, 20, 23, 24 & 33 has no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the present Application is ordered as prayed for permitting the learned counsel for the petitioner to take out substituted service in any one English and Tamil daily indicating that the matter will be taken up for hearing on 25.04.2025.
