Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to direct the trial court to expedite the trial of the Civil Suit filed in O.S.No.672 of 2005 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif at Tiruppur.

O R D E R

While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 14.06.2019, this Court directed the learned District Munsif, Tiruppur, to dispose of I.A.No.549 of 2018 within a period of one month and also dispose of suit within a period of three months from the date of disposal of interlocutory application.

2. This Court has received a communication from the learned District Munsif, Tiruppur, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 14.06.2019 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by three months from today to comply with the order dated 14.06.2019 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
