Since the petitioners are not parties in WP.No.45223 of 2025, they have filed this miscellaneous petition. This Court while disposing of the writ petition directed the respondents 4 and 5/ respondents 3 and 4 therein to consider the writ petitioner's representation and to pass orders and did not pass any adverse order as against the petitioners. Hence the remedy of the petitioners lie before the competent Authority.

2.Hence, this petition seeking to grant leave to the petitioners to file a petition to modify the order dated 25.11.2025 passed in WP.No.45223 of 2025 may not lie.
