This application is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to set aside the judgment of dismissal for non prosecution of the suit C.S No.668 of 2016 passed by this Court on 20.12.2024 and restore the same.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
