This petition is filed to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.M.Marudhachalam, learned counsel takes notice for respondents, the learned counsel submitted that the respondents have no objection for allowing this petition.

3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 95 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
