ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the interim suspension order dated 13.06.2023 granted to the respondents in Crl.M.P.No. 3160 of 2023 in Crl.A.No. 223 of 2023.

The respondents herein had already filed Crl.M.P.No. 3160 of 2023 in Crl.A.No. 223 of 2023 seeking to release them on bail by suspending the sentence passed in C.C.No.12 of 2013 dated 30.06.2022 on the file of the learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act Cases, Coimbatore, pending disposal of the above appeal. This Court vide order dated 02.03.2023 granted interim suspension of sentence and bail to the respondents subject to certain conditions.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner/Police that the respondents have not complied with the conditions imposed on them . It is seen that interim suspension of sentence was granted on 02.03.2023, whereas, the respondents have not complied with the conditions till today. Hence, the interim suspension of sentence and bail granted to the respondents is hereby cancelled.
