This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to direct the trial court to dispose of the miscellaneous application CMP.No.4119 of 2014 as well the main petition in DVA.No.4 of 2014 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III at Coimbatore within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. This is an application for direction to the Trial Court to dispose the miscellaneous petition in CMP.No.4119 of 2014. It is seen that on a complaint lodged by Aparna under Domestic Violence Act, the same was taken on file as DVA.No.4 of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore, had issued process to Aparna's husband and the petitioner herein who is the sister of Aparna. After entering appearance, this petitioner has filed an application in CMP.No.4119 of 2014 for discharging her from the proceedings and it is stated that the said petition is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore without disposal.

4. Under such circumstances, a direction is issued to the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore to dispose of CMP.No.4119 of 2014, within six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
