..Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.2.2016 pertaining to the drawing of the 363-Midger transformer.

O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 12.2.2016 pertaining to the drawing of the 363-Midger transformer, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2.Heard the petitioner/party in person, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner made a representation dated 12.02.2016 to all the three respondents inter-alia alleging that the distributing transformer working at present is deficient in terms of quality and thus causing huge burden on the exchequer, apart from health hazard. Incidentally, the petitioner suggested that the distribution transformer which he has patented would solve the said problem. As the representation made by the petitioner is yet to be looked into, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. The petitioner, who appears in person, submits that in the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, the concerned distribution transformer has not been taken note of but as against some thing else. He also submits that second and third respondents have not responded despite notice having been served.

5. This Court does not want to go into the merits of the case. Suffice it to direct all the three respondents to pass orders on the representation said to have been made by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to enclose the aforesaid representation along with the copy of the order passed in this writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
