Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Hon'ble Court on 04.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25878 of 2021 to comply with the order of this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Petition is ordered and the time is extended till 15.03.2022 finally, to deposit the said sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) to the credit of the Crime No.31 of 2021. If such deposit is not made within the said period, the order of anticipatory bail granted by this Court, dated 04.01.2022, will stand cancelled automatically, without any reference to this Court.
