O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue writ of Mandamus directing the respondent authority to give permission to conduct Cultural Programme (Adal Padal) in Kanamoor, Manthoppu Arulmigu Sree Palvanamman Temple Festival, at Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District on 03.05.2017 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2017.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the representation being given to the respondent on 17.04.2017 for conducting cultural programme, the respondent has not passed orders till today.

4. A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.

5. Following the order passed by the Division Bench, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 02.05.2017.

6. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
