This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in PRC No.73 of 2022, on the file of XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and to quash the same as far as this petitioner is concerned. 2.After hearing the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, 1/3

when this Court expressed that the prayer for quash cannot be entertained and this case should go for trial, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court for withdrawing this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
