This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 17.11.2014 made to respondent immediately and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.442 of 2014. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.442 of 2014 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
