On 18.06.2015, when the matter was came up for admission, this Court passed the following order:

"Notice of motion returnable in three weeks.

Private notice is also permitted. Interim stay till then." 2.After the first hearing i.e on 18.06.2015, the matter is listed only today, after the period of six years and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. So far, the service has not been completed with respect to the respondents 2 and 3. This shows the revision petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending any more. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
