For Petitioner : Mr.M.Guruprasad for petitioner in both CRPs COMMON ORDER These revision petitions have been filed seeking to issue a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram, for early disposal of the original petitions in H.M.O.P.No.22 of 2019 and H.M.O.P.No.36 of 2019.

2. The petitioner is the husband of the respondent. He has filed the original petition in H.M.O.P.No.36 of 2019 against the respondent under Section 12(1)(a) of The Hindu Marriage Act for annulment of the marriage while the respondent filed the other original petition in H.M.O.P.No.22 of 2019 under Section 9 of The Hindu Marriage Act, for restitution of conjugal rights. Both the petitions are pending before the learned Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram.

3. Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in this revision petition and the other facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the view that no notice is necessary as no prejudice would cause to the other side if a direction is issued to the court below for early disposal of the original petitions.

4. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records carefully.

5. In view of the limited nature of the relief sought for and on considering the other facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to issue a direction for early disposal of the original petitions. According, the learned Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram, is directed to dispose of both the original petitions within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The civil revision petitions are disposed of accordingly with the above directions. No costs.
