This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 110 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.K.Kathiresan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.B.Mustafa, learned counsel for the respondent.

Despite the opposition made by the learned counsel for the respondent, having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 110 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
