ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to grant extension of time for a further period of two weeks for enabling the petitioner to furnish the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet to comply the order of this court made in Crl.O.P.No. 16400 of 2025 dated 12.11.2025. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner appeared and submitted that earlier, this Court by an order dated 12.11.2025 granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions. However, the petitioner had filed the petition before this court in Crl.M.P.No.1507 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.16400 of 2025 seeking to modify the condition imposed by this court vide order dated 12.11.2025, due to which, the petitioner unable to furnish the surety before the concerned court. Hence, he prayed to extend the time to furnish the surety.

3. Considering the request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to extend time for the period of three weeks for enabling the petitioner to furnish the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
