2. The learned Public Prosecutor states that there are two current papers pending against the petitioner and if the petitioner co-operate for the enquiry and no crime is made out, he will not be arrested.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to co-operate with the enquiry and if co-operate, the respondent police shall not take any coercive matters.
