3.The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has no objection to condone the delay in filing the above appeals. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, the delay of 100, 307 and 99 days respectively are condoned and all the petitions are ordered.
