This petition is filed to condone the delay of 115 days in filing the above Appeal.
2.Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 to 3 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them, either in person or through counsel.
3.Mr.K.Poomalai, the learned counsel, who takes notice for the 4th respondent, submitted that the 4th respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.
4.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 115 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
